How do I register?

Fill out the details as requested in the sign up form, you will receive confirmation via your email address if the sign up is a success. Then start filling out surveys to get closer to entering into Ginger Nut Surveys’ latest prize draw.

A survey is essentially a questionnaire that is usually issued by a company for market research reasons to gain the opinions and thoughts of people. The gathering of this information means that businesses can reach to the general public more effectively by offering new or improved products and services or by making sure that the right publications are making their way to people.

What happens to my data when I register?

Using the details you submit when you register on our site and if you choose to opt-in, Ginger Nut Surveys and other carefully selected third parties will contact you by email, SMS, post or other appropriate means with communications about their products and / or services. Ginger Nut Surveys itself and its sponsors have options to unsubscribe should you wish to no longer be contacted at any time. For more information please read our Terms and Conditions

Do I get paid for taking surveys?

At Ginger Nut Surveys you will NOT get paid for surveys. You will be entered in a prize draw for completing surveys.

Do I have to be 18 years old to use Ginger Nut Surveys?

Yes you do. It is a legal requirement in the UK that you need to be over 18 years old to use Ginger Nut Surveys or any prize draw that requires personal information to enter.

Ginger Nut Surveys welcomes customer feedback and values your interest. Please help us to make sure that you have a great experience using our website.

Our opening hours are from 8:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. Out of these hours we will not be contactable via phone. Please email and we will handle your query as swiftly as possible.

Can I sign up to receive offers that are of interest to me?

Yes you certainly can. When you register with Ginger Nut Surveys you must confirm that you have read our Terms & Conditions and confirm your agreement to opt-in via a tick box to receive communications from Ginger Nut Surveys, our carefully selected sponsors and clients via email and/or phone and, less likely, SMS and/or post.

How do I unsubscribe?

If you still want to unsubscribe from Ginger Nut Surveys first log on, then click on the unsubscribe and delete profile button. You should receive a confirmation email that your account has been closed. As a result you will no longer be able to enter our prize draws and will not receive further communication from us. Once you close your account it will be deleted and you will not be able to retrieve any historical survey completions.

Please note that you may still receive the occasional email from us during the next 30 days as your request works its way through our system.

You may still receive emails directly from Ginger Nut Survey sponsors. In order to stop receiving communications from these companies, you can unsubscribe from them or contact us and we will see if they are connected with the opt-in registered on the Ginger Nut Surveys website.

How can I know if I have won a prize?

If you are a lucky enough to be a winner we will let you know by email in the first instance and by phone after that. Please ensure your contact details are correct as you will be unable to collect your prize otherwise. If you wish to update your details please login and update your account information.

How do I claim my prize?

Ginger Nut Surveys will contact winners via email and then phone. After this the winner will be instructed as to what they should do next.
